By booking our services, you agree to the following terms.
 

Services

We provide domestic and/or commercial cleaning services as agreed at the time of booking.

Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability
  • Payment terms will be agreed in advance
  • Late or non-payment may result in cancellation of services

 

Cancellations

  • At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
  • Late cancellations may be charged

Access & Safety

You must provide safe access to the property and inform us of any hazards, fragile items, or pets. We may refuse service if conditions are unsafe.

Satisfaction

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of the service so we can address them.

Liability

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
